So last week I got the USPS shipping module to work, and everything seemed to be fine.
I went through my checkout again today, and the shipping rates weren't popping up. My username, password, all that stuff was still set. flat rate box was checked, and all the weights were properly entered. Right now, if I go to my site, and go to the payment page of the checkout, I get this really odd symptom. If I refresh the page continuously, every other time the usps shipping rate will appear. That means, if I refresh, the usps shipping rate goes away. refresh again, and it's back. I'm looking at the logs, and there doesn't appear to be a discrepency. This is the response: Mon, 07 Jun 2010 19:03:23 usps.shipper DEBUG Requesting from USPS [usps-cart-19-request] <RateV3Request USERID="<myuser>" PASSWORD="<mypass>"> <Package ID="products"> <Service>PRIORITY</Service> <ZipOrigination>10562</ZipOrigination> <ZipDestination>10502</ZipDestination> <Pounds>0</Pounds> <Ounces>2</Ounces> <Container></Container> <Size>REGULAR</Size> <Machinable>false</Machinable> </Package> </RateV3Request> Mon, 07 Jun 2010 19:03:24 usps.shipper ERROR <?xml version="1.0"?> <RateV3Response><Package ID="products"><ZipOrigination>10562</ZipOrigination><ZipDestination>10502</ZipDestination><Pounds>0</Pounds><Ounces>2</Ounces><Size>REGULAR</Size><Zone>1</Zone><Postage CLASSID="1"><MailService>Priority Mail</MailService><Rate>4.90</Rate></Postage></Package></RateV3Response> Mon, 07 Jun 2010 19:03:24 usps.shipper DEBUG Got from USPS [usps-cart-19-response]: NO DATA Mon, 07 Jun 2010 19:03:24 satchmo_store.shop.models DEBUG Order #54, recalc: sub_total=$30.00, shipping=$0.00, discount=$0.00, tax=$0.00 The rate always comes back correctly, just doesn't get displayed right. Does anyone have any ideas what's going on with this?? -- Brian O'Connor -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Satchmo users" group.
