I would like to create a menu laid out like the one below. I know the
example store does this but I'm not starting out with that (I migrated
the db to MySQL immediately after I created a Satchmo project)....and
instead using a basic satchmo test store. I added a category but I
can't seem to figure out how to add a 2nd level to the menu.
