Right now the time of when a customer orders is not set to my time
zone. How do I change it to my particular timezone.

Also, right now it doesn't seem like the /admin is keeping up with my
orders in the /admin/shop/order/?status__exact=In%20Process and /admin/
shop/order/?status__exact=New sections. I'd like better order history
tracking. Is there a module I can enable in the /admin area to do this
or do I need to code in these features?
