Permissions look fine to me. I bet it's a misconfiguration in my apache config, wouldn't surprise me. Look below at the two lines in my apache config file. Does this look like something I should be doing? Once I hard-coded an absolute path to the .egg file I got my admin.css page (*which was great*) but I bet that's the reason it's complaining? Here are my two lines, let me know what you think.
