Are you using the default Satchmo fedex module, it hasn't been updated
in quite awhile. I made an updated module recently but I have no idea
if it will fix that problem. You can check it out here:

Like I said I don't know if it will fix your problem but its worth a shot.
Also paste back any specific error messages you see. If you feel like
hacking a bit yourself throw some print statement into the code and the
development server will print them out at the command line. Just be sure
you take them out later.
