Hi Guys,

I've a Satchmo store up and running for about 2 months, which is going
great except the site has started crashing unexplainably in the past
few weeks.

Site is hosted on a Linode, have asked them about it and they can find
no issue on their end, my web developer says he does not think it is a
coding error on his end, but this would seem to be a more likely
explanation than my Linode being broken:)

Here's a screenshot of my Linode graphs: http://i52.tinypic.com/10okxuv.png
as you can see the site was not under a lot of strain when it crashed
most recently this evening so I don't think it's a traffic issue.
Another weird thing is that it seems to crash almost always on the
hour which suggests something like a dodgy cron job or something else
timed, my site sells products for fixed time periods so it could be
something to do with it.

Rebooting the site has fixed it thus far but I really need to get this
fixed, it's very unprofessional to have a site that keeps going down.

My web developer is not available at the moment so I need someone else
to look at it/try and work out what the issue is. Am operating on a
limited budget but would be happy to pay to get this sorted.

I also have some site improvements I want to make and new features I
want to add so this could be a rehearsal for finding a new developer
to work with.

Djangopeople is down (great timing) so I'm posting here in the hope of
finding someone.

Hope to hear from you soon!

Thanks,
Robert
