Hi Matt,

That may well be true, just giving you the heads up about getting a
merchant account, especially when you tell them you're storing
numbers. :-)

For your shipping module, you could base it on the tiered module
already written, and have one carrier for UPS, one for custom, with
logic in the valid method to decide on which carrier to use.

For the signal, I'd look at
'satchmo_store.shop.signals.order_cancelled', and see how it does it,
and base your signal off that one.
