Hi, I've asked this question a few times, but with the Tiered Weight shipping module, it looks as if countries belonging to either zone have a choice to choose any carrier regardless of specfic Zone rules put in place. It was my understanding that the use of Zones would filter out carriers from being an option, and prevent customers from selecting a cheaper shipping option that belongs to another zone.
I am using Satchmo 0.9.1 and could this be a bug? also using SQLite. It's been a problem for a long time with the shop, and would really like to put the button on this problem.
