Hi,

I was just wondering if using SQLite in production has any big
disadvantages. For example, I was reading the documentation on the
official Satchmo website (http://www.satchmoproject.com) about Tiered
Weight Shipping.

The description of this module says that zones can use unique
carriers, i'm assuming unique to that zone? I'm wondering if SQLite is
a limitation in this case. I used SQLite due to its ease of
installation, but I'm starting to think zone and carrier relationships
aren't working because of the SQLite integration.

At the moment, a country like Germany for example is automatically
assigned to the UK carrier, but that doesn't make sense, because the
carrier for the UK is tied to a zone that consists of ONLY the UK,
whereas Germany belongs to another zone, and that zone belongs to a
completely different carrier.

Can someone verify that this is perhaps an SQLite issue? It's the only
conclusion I can come to, as the developers of Satchmo claim this
module really does separate carriers and zones, and with SQLite this
really doesn't seem to be the case.

Scott
