I'm finding that if I use simple numbers in the ITEM DIMENSIONS fields such as length = 30 width = 30 height = 30 I get a response from Canada Post, but if I put in Length = 28 width = 30 height = 30 it suddenly stops responding. I think It's timing out a fraction of a second before the time out occurs. Can you change the time out duration anywhere?
