Maybe even a patch that iterates through all applicable shipping methods at checkout and if any of them cost $0.00 (are free) then the template just displays a "Free Shipping" message. Otherwise there could be multiple shipping options displayed even if one of them is free. Which doesn't make much sense unless you're trying to sell "rush shipping" or "express shipping" to the customer. Also a "Only display least expensive shipping method" setting would be nice.
