The word "Sincerely" is not a part of Satchmo and never has been. It can be a part of your translation of the string "Regards".
Do you see the period in html formated emails? If so, it can be a part of your translation of "Store Management". (not very probable) If not, it must be a problem of django.core.mail or "mailer" application if you use it. (An unescaped period alone on the line is a terminator of the data part in smtp. It is possible that one mailing program wrote a terminator and other program (e.g. sendmail) escaped it and added other terminating period.) Satchmo is out of scope of this problem.
