Hey guys,
A very small fraction of my orders (maybe 1 out of a thousand) have
the payment status of "A duplicate transaction has been submitted."
The order gets completed, customer finishes checkout, etc. but I then
don't have the authorization code to process their payment.

I'm using authorize.net, and I think it typically occurs with Amex
cards... (i could be wrong on that though).

Has anybody else seen this before?
