You can change the path on /settings. There's no limitation on the file 
extension, but make sure that your deployment platform has libjpeg on it if you 
want to use other file formats different from bmp.

On the other hand, be careful with the image size and resolution. Using the 
original satchmo templates for packaging slip, your image has to be of a 
certain size.
