I replied to your post, so that you know people actually read the list.
I know a lot of people do check the mailing-list, but only few respond
due to lack of time.

I think its all a matter of manpower. (capacity)
Sadly right now I don't have any capacity left. Just wanted to reply so
you don't feel lonely on the list ;-)

Satchmo is stable, if develissimo is buggy 3times a year - its 99.9% my
fault!

Its all about experience...right!? 
Don't worry too much, I have good experience with Django.
So if I can do it, I am sure there won't be any troubles for you.
