I'm thinking about buying a road/hybrid bike in the $200-$300 range. Anybody have recommendations for brand? A good used bike shop in the area? etc? The goal is to just ride more in general, with the rough plan being to ride 6 miles or so to the bus stop south of my house and hop the bus the rest of the way to work.
