The lack of ample parking increases the cost of dropping by during the
day: say you have several things to do, dropping by Saturday House for a
bit works when parking isn't a hassle and the perceived cost of
switching to public transport remains high.

With less people dropping by, the odds that the House will be open also
drop. So now we're paying another uncertainty cost. 

There may have been a bit of crossover between the House and SHS, so
people may have been Housing to keep track of SHS.Since that's moved
away-ish, that cross-pollination benefit may also have left.

Finally, the House seems more about the people than the physical
housing. We can examine refactoring the physical space, however we will
probably get more by trying to list everyone who dropped by (probably
not in a public forum) and where they were coming from. I created a
