Those things are "Prescription," so 10x the cost of a sensible product.

I get much benefit from having a spring-arm "clamp lamp" bolted to the
stand next to my bed.  Upon waking, I position the lamp right in front of
my face, then fall half-asleep for another hour.  A 100W incandescent bulb
seems like more than summer sunlight.
