* Convert the power indicator into a service that exports GMenus and
GActions in accordance with our indicator-ng design.

* Add a build-dep on python. This is required as we're using gdbus-
codegen from libglib2.0-dev which only 'recommends' python. We don't
install recommends, so to get things working, this build-dep is
needed.
