Original Submission: The new feature "Set Permissions" doesn't seem to work. When I
select "Anonymous" and then "Update", the menu resets back to "Group Type Default" and
I still cannot submit bugs from another browser (i.e. as a non-logged in user).
The project is Quarry.

You can set your permission via

I just noticed that Set Permission page in trackers area forgot to initialize the
database before trying to fill it.
