Would be nice to implement the following features:
1] association of 're-assigned to' and 'mail to' to the field values instead of the
transitions leading to these values
2] automatic reminder emails (every X days) when an item field (e.g. status) has not
changed since Y days
3] possibility to insert project specific info in the notification From / Subject
header fields to help members of multiple projects to quickly discriminate between all
the notifications they receive
