Original Submission:
Automatically add a 'svnobody' to groups created by Savane, so we can determine
whether the group is managed by Savane later on.
'svnobody' is not member of 'svusers'.
We also need to add a script in update/ to add 'svnobody' as member of all
projects present in the database and the system.
