I do not think it is really a need right. It is not like there were so many
different installation of Savane related to the same project out there. People
should not have trouble to make the difference whenever needed.

Current item id are very site specific: task #3121 does not tell much when you
are not on a specific installation.
Proposal: a sys_initials variable that give a prefix for items.
task #2154 would be like:
gna-task #2154
gna-task-2154
if the sys_initials is configured.
So ChangeLog would be more meaningful, less misleading, with more unique ids.
