headers, so mailer and archiver would more easily find out references, build
trees and stuff.

In fact, one msg-id only should be kept: the latest message.
However, in the end, we may want the forum like comments, in tree, instead of
the flat stuff. But in anyway, in the end we want also comments sent by mail,
if gpg-signed valid.
