As you proposed, now the backend remove project marked as deleted via the
frontend.
Logs do no longer seem important to me as now refused registrations will
forever be kept as item in the localadmin task tracker.

Summary: group deletion by the frontend

Original Submission:
Hello,
I'd like to get opinions on the fact that the frontend disallow removing
completely a group from the database.
Why not allowing it? We can surely make sure we keep logs (probably in apache
own log directory) of discarded registration.
That way, ssh access would no longer be a requirement, even if it would still
be a possibility.

Well, the logs could be implemented in a table (like project_logs, or something
like that), and it could list any required information, as well as still
removing SSH as a requirement for installing the frontened. The other choice is
that we make it that project status D causes the backend to erase the project,
and then remove the entry from the SQL tables, and note it in the logs, or if
the backend is not used, just delete the project and all related information.
