Sorry, I meant to close this a long time ago, since until recently, I couldn't
do it, I just marked it invalid. This was a configuration issue on my part.

I was working w/ the Savannah database on my local setup w/ 1.0.5-cvs, and I
couldn't make any of the super user features work (it will not identify myself
as a server admin even though I was part of the root project). I believe has
to do that Savannah changed what was there master project, and somewhere along
the line, something in Savane broke it. Need to verify if this still happens
in Savane-1.0.4, and isolate the extact cause.

There should not be any problem in this regard. I did that change (as I
created the Savannah Administration project) and there is nothing in the
database specific.

By experience, I would guess it has to do with cookies or cache. Are there any
other installation on the same server? Which browser do you use? What cookies
do you have stored for the browser session?

Are you admin on the new system project? It must be the case.
