In fact, it is not a bug. The statistics list all the groups, but some of them
may be of "private" status, like in this case.

Apparently, the statistics shows all project for a given group type, not only
active project.
It should be fixed.
Example at savannah.cern.ch:
- 5 Savannah portal
while there are only 3 active "Savannah portal" groups.
