Follow-up Comment #24, bugs #1981 (project savane):
I would just like to pinpoint that Savane is a separate activity from Gna!,
hence not everybody has access to the Gna! test install.
Aside from that, regenerating the .po/.mo files should not be necessary, as
gettext calls iconv at run time to translate the messages in the appropriate
charset on the fly.
Looks like we all have to carefully study CONVERT() now ;)
