Details:
In the basic query form of the support tracker, there's no "submitted by"
column. There is for every others trackers.
It is obviously inconsistent.
I'd prefer removing it (granted, sometimes knowing the submitter helps
prioritizing items; but normally priority colors + summary should do the job)
but I have no religion about it.
