I just received an anonymous comment:

Since I think anonymous comments are quite useless (as I cannot reply to
them), I have disabled anonymous "posting":
https://savannah.nongnu.org/bugs/admin/userperms.php?group=bubblemon
However, it's obviously still possible to post anonymous comments. How can I
block anonymous comments in my bug tracker?
