Ok, I answer to myself, I forget to install php4-mysql.
So I post the list of debian packages I need to make savane working :
apache
php4
php4-mysql
libapache-mod-php4
mysql-server-4.1
gettext
coreutils
shellutils
texinfo
make
textutils
automake
autoconf
perl
libmailtools-perl
libdbi-perl
lidbdb-mysql-perl
