Follow-up Comment #4, bug #2487 (project savane):
In fact, for the headers To and Cc:, I think the way to go is to decode utf8
and make sure there are only ascii characters within the name (unless we are
sure that I was not careful enough while reading the RFC - maybe I did
because it's quite probable that many persons set their name in their mail
client with some non-ascii characters).
