Details:

As discussed previously, it would be nice, when a user submit an incomplete
form, to give him back the form directly, instead of forcing him to use the
back button which can result in undesirable behavior with some browsers.

- the incriminated fields must be clearly visible
- maybe the others should not be editable any longer (that would make the
incriminated fields proeminent) --- but that leads to the question of adding
a "preview"
- the form_id should be kept in the new form, unchanged and not erased from
the database until the form is actually accepted, so there would be no
problem if the user hit the back button and then submit it
