Details:
When a users generates a "Request for Inclusion" the recipients of the
notification mail to the group administrators are just the usernames of the
administrators and not the full e-mail addresses of the administrators.
As far I can see the reason is that the function send_pending_user_email()
(in frontend/php/my/groups.php) does not translate the usernames to the
corresponding e-mail adresses.
This behavior is an issue, if you do an "backend only" installation, that
does not modify the systems /etc/aliases.
