* frontend/php/include/trackers/: data.php, general.php: Modified
trackers_data_create_item in data.php to return false and
trackers_check_empty_fields in general.php to suggest completing
and resubmiting the form instead of ... back button, etc when a
mandatory field is missing

+ should highlight faulty field.
