* frontend/php/include/utils.php (1.65.6.1): Fixed email addresses
within links (should NOT be changed to mailto)
Need to check if the new version of utils_mail_links cope with the urls that
posed problems at CERN. I guess it was a similar problem to the one fixed by
Tobias on the trunk so it should be alread ok.
