Details:
It should not be possible to show originator_email for anyone but anonymous,
as it is not on the add form anyway.
Default should be set to anonymous:
- require an sql change (should not be a problem with recent savane install
but with extra old ones), show_on_add must be eq '2' instead of '3'
- require an update of the field usage form
