=> The selected theme is not honoured when logging in while no cookie exists
but a database setting

Follow-up Comment #1:
You mean you\'d want the database to be used if no cookie is available? Why
not.
But if a cookie is in conflict with the database, the cookie should win. One
may want to use a different theme with different computers, depending on
screen or setup.
