Details:
Once task #2564 is carried out, the backend part will have to be written.
A script will get all the pending xml asked by users and will, in a directory
given as argument (like --xml-directory=/path), build the xml files according
to the defined and documented format.
While defined the format of the xml file, we should define a naming policy
for xml files (YYYYMMDD-$project-$tracker.xml ) ?
