True, I've changed that.

Regarding the other instance in trackers/general.php, we could go for the 
simple approach and replace the call to format_date() with a call to 
strftime() directly to get the intended result. This way, we would ensure 
functionality for the release. Later on, that has to be implemented 
cleanly, probably on a separate branch.
