Details:
With several browser, save link as propose the name of the file in the url as
name, even if we mention as header "Content-Disposition: filename=...".
We could wait until all browsers get fixed.
Or doing what we do for url/users/ and url/projects/ links... And having
url/file/thisfilename.php
We won't remove the file url/tracker/download.php because we need to provide
file links that words with the file id. But these will redirect to
url/file/thisfilename.php?file_id=nn
