Follow-up Comment #13, bug #5202 (project savane):
The reason to duplicate it in HTML though it is present in CSS is that the
style sheet is a separate file, which is loaded separately from the page. In
principle, there could be some delay when the page is shown, but the style
sheet is not yet applied. In this case this can hardly ever happen, though,
since feedbacks are not shown on pages you see when first visit the site.
