Details:
I have attached a patch (sv_mailman.patch) that modifies sv_mailman.pl and
frontend/php/mail/admin/index.php. The code includes comments to help explain
what I did. Essentially, I've added two additional status codes. 0 means
deleted or non-existent. 2 means marked for reconfiguration.
