Follow-up Comment #1:
Usually, this problem occurs because Opera has the bad habbit to claim it is
MSIE while it is not using MSIE rendering engine.
So you should ask your user to reconfigure its browser to provide correct
User-Agent setting.
It is quite hard (impossible) to come up with a consistent layout since MSIE
does not respect correctly the standards when it comes to width in percent.
We are forced to use workarounds relying on the User Agent.
