Hello Rudy, Gna use cvsreport (included in debian) and the command CvsMakeAreaAttic() as defined in http://svn.gna.org/viewcvs/savane/trunk/lib/Savane/Cvs.pm?rev=4896&view=markup that choice being made through the group type configuration in Savane. It is set up automatically and cvs users cannot change it. We also have a specific trigger used at project approval http://cvs.gna.org/cvsweb/site-specific-content/admin/proj_email.txt?rev=1.3;cvsroot=admin included in the site-specific approval_gen_email() to automatically create the mailing-list.
