Summary: Reset password feature wreks pending accounts
Original Submission: When a password is reset on a pending acccount, it
appears that the password reseter erases the confirm_hash, making it
impossiable to activate the account.

I think we should disallow password reset of inactive account.
If someone failed to activate its accounts in less than 3 days (not sure about
the daily), the backend script sv_cleaner is supposed to erase it.
We should just add a test on the reset password form to disallow the process if
the account is not in an appropriate status 'A' (active).
