Summary: SuperUser features do not work correctly w/ Savannah Database
Original Submission: I was working w/ the Savannah database on my local setup
w/ 1.0.5-cvs, and I couldn't make any of the super user features work (it will
not identify myself as a server admin even though I was part of the root
project). I believe has to do that Savannah changed what was there master
project, and somewhere along the line, something in Savane broke it. Need to
verify if this still happens in Savane-1.0.4, and isolate the extact cause.
