It appears for the most part, this entire folder is not used in Savane.
The only link I could find to it is Server Admin Docs which points to
admin.php and appears to be unused. ALthough some of the code (mtrg.php
and weblizaer.php) might be still usable, it might be worth removing
this from the CVS repository, as it's just clutter at the moment.
