How do you plan to fix that problem? I do not think it would be good that my
items deals directly with the fact that some projects may or may not be
deleted. If you have 87 items on your page from about 40 different projects, it
40 sql request to check that. 40 sql request each time someone goes to this
page.
What should be done is to make sure database is clean. There is a backend
script called sv_cleaner that clean the database that could well handling this
case: removing items belonging to deleted items.
It could also be worked out by fixing the project deletion functions, but there
are several so it may need serious code replication, while there's only one
sv_cleaner.
