Doxyfile used to generate it with doxygen are stored in doc/devel.
This document can be useful when coding, for instance to know the
arguments required by a specific function.
Most interesting stuff in is "File Member Function", where the list of
functions is.
For instance, if you search details about member_check(), you would
get:

Note that PHP support by doxygen does not seems to be complete
yet. Some
function may be missing. Especially when there's weird code formatting
around.
